about the job
   » Lead C&B function and team, manage full cycle of compensation and benefits processes including performance management, and ensure C&B strategy is competitive
   » Partnering with HR colleagues and business units on driving C&B initiatives such as job evaluation, designing of income structure and incentive plans, income review via data & market analysis and benchmarking
   » Initiating and driving total compensates projects, ensure internal equity and aligning to company strategy, improve current processes and policies
   » Permanent function
   » income will commensurate with practice

   » Degree in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of significant practice in C&B
   » Strong interpersonal and communication expertise
