About the EUC Engineer (Powershell) function: Reporting to the End User Support Engineer, you will ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service to users and clients. Key Job responsibilities: » Offer comprehensive Information technology support services to the regional office, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and inquiries » Provide third line support for systems and services supported by the EUC team » Maintain a secure end user computing environment by being proactive and responsive to security vulnerabilities and implementation of security controls » Manage and resolve incidents, requests or problems within defined SLAs » Create and maintain standard EUC build images and application deployment packages » Continuously improve and develop EUC services to provide efficiencies and document configurations, expertise-located articles and processes » Work closely with Microsoft and other vendors when required » Participate as either project leads or APAC/EUC team representation infrastructure and business-driven projects where required To be prosperous in this EUC Engineer (Powershell) function, you will need to have practice in supporting applications such as Jabber, SCCM as well as expertise with second/third line support of Windows 10/11. Key Requirements: » Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent, with at least six to eight years of significant work practice » broad expertise and practice with second/third line support of Windows 10/11 » Good working expertise of active directory, connected tools and group policies » Demonstrated technical practice with Azure Virtual Desktop operations and management » practice with deploying and servicing Windows operating systems and M365 Enterprise Apps using SCCM/MECM » Good expertise of packaging, deploying and troubleshooting installation of applications across multiple devices » Good expertise of maintaining and supporting a virtual desktop environment » Good practice with scripting with Powershell » Good practice with supporting O365 (Office Enterprise Apps, MS Teams) » practice with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop is beneficial » practice with using Ivanti DesktopNow is beneficial This organisation needs no introduction and is recognised as a key leader within the Financial Services Company.
