About the Head of Cybersecurity function: You will be responsible for developing and driving the vision for the information security function. You will act as the authority for the development and enforcement of enterprise security strategy, standards, and policies, ensuring the protection of corporate information. Additionally, you will be strategic in your approach to resource management and capcapability development among your teams. Key Job responsibilities: » Manage cybersecurity incidents, acting as a subject-matter expert in cybersecurity investigations and analysis » Advise on responses to regulatory inquiries, inspections, or audits » Lead the development of plans to address system vulnerabilities and drive resolution of large-scale security incidents » Present evidence for legal action arising from cybersecurity incidents » Formulate information security strategy, providing strategic, budgetary, and administrative advice for its implementation » Drive security consciousness and education all over the organisation » Establish the organisational cybersecurity vision, strategy, and underlying initiatives or programmes » Advise senior management and key stakeholders on information security matters » Handle cyber security risks, ensuring adherence to international and national laws and regulations » Supervise the creation of cyber security risk evaluation frameworks and disaster recovery/business continuity plans » Establish security architecture, ensuring compliance with regulatory, industry, and regional standards » Conduct information security and risk management training programmes » supervise the design of cyber security architecture and the overall Cyber Risk Maturity Model » Review security architecture to address technology changes and threats » Analyse current information security practices and align with Information technology standards and industry best practices To be prosperous in this function, you will need to have broad practice in information security and/or Information technology risk management with a focus on security, performance, and relicapability. Key Requirements: » Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field » Minimum of 10 years' practice in a combination of risk management, information security, and Information technology functions, with at least five years in a senior leadership abilities position » Solid knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation, and security » Good working knowledge of current Information technology risks, emerging technologies, and practice implementing security solutions » practice with enforcing policies and procedures for the protection of Information technology assets and data » Demonstrated capability to build consensus among stakeholders and interact with a broad cross-section of personnel » Professional security management certification such as CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or similar credentials » Knowledge of common information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST » practice with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and protecting data stored within such environments » knowledge of advanced persistent threats, phishing, social engineering, network access controllers, gateway anti-malware, and enhanced authentication If you are a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for information security and compliance, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and compensateing Head of Cybersecurity position.
