About the HR Manager (L&D) function: You will report into the Head of HR and be a crucial member of the HR team. You will work closely together with HOD, leadership abilities team and production heads on running key L&D initiatives. Key Job responsibilities: » Conduct learning needs analysis in line with the organisational L&D goals » Manage and recommend learning and development activities, from planning, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation of learning initiatives » Analyse and review training effectiveness and work with training managers to implement competency matrix » Conduct leadership abilities and business training » Support the development and implementation of the leadership abilities programmes » Partner with educational institutes on early talent (e.g. E2i, polytechnic, ITE) » Conduct and facilitate new joiner induction programs to assimilate employees » Encourage and develop a strong learning culture by communicating and engaging the business on learning opportunities To succeed in this HR Manager (L&D) function, you must have five to seven years' L&D practice and possess good stakeholder management expertise.
