About the Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting (one year) function: In this function, you will be part of a Financial Markets Regulatory programme and be involved in critical regulatory projects, working in a dynamic global team with software engineers, project managers, business stakeholders and global operational partners. Key Job responsibilities: » Act as a subject matter skills and perform in-depth analysis around key requirements of the project and regulatory changes » Prepare and analyse report on progress against plan to manage overall planning, tracking, and reporting of all milestones, tasks and deliverables including inter-dependencies across other projects » Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internal (Legal, Compliance, other tech teams, Transaction Reporting teams) and external (DTCC, Industry calls, Regulators, etc.) » Facilitate the build of Risk Management and Governance Policies and Procedures » Review requirements as defined by the users, ensure functional or non-functional requirements are documented on time with adequate details and help technology in building effective solutions by actively participating in solutioning and design » Prepare management technology presentations including business plans, business reviews, and presentations to senior management To succeed in this Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting (one year) function, you will need strong knowledge of front-to-back trading, order processing and regulatory reporting. Key Requirements: » At least 10 years of practice in business analysis and investment banking with direct practice in front-to-back trading, order processing and regulatory reporting » Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology or equivalent » practiced in financial products - listed and OTC (IRS, Equities, FX, Fixed Income, swaps and rates/credit derivatives). Excellent knowledge of Trade Life Cycle » SQL skills for data interrogation and analysis.
