PROJECT DIRECTOR – REAL ESTATE PROPERTYDEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities
   » Reporting to CEO and managing a project team and be involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation and construction till completion.
   » Responsible for the prosperous implementation and completion of the projects under development
   » Ensure that they are within the budget allotted, within the schedule planned and with a high level of quality workmanship.
   » expertiseable with authorities' approval procedures and work with consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical clearances.
Requirements
   » Degree in Building / Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
   » Min 20 yrs in Residential development project management in Singapore.
   » Residential projects development practice required
