This is a function for an associate who will support trading solutions business, who owns the sales and advisory as well as execution of equity, fixed income, foreign exchange and structured products. About the Trade Solutions Analyst function: In this business critical function, you will be a team member in the trading solutions COO team located in Singapore. Key Job responsibilities: » Support projects and initiatives aligned to the business strategies » Conduct controls and risk assessments, review management controls to ensure the trading solutions business is adequately handled and controlled » Ensure all applicable bank policies are understood and adhered to » Ensure prosperous outcome of audit, regulatory inspections and drive required analysis and changes » Ensure all business continuity plans are in place and regularly reviewed » Support implementation of front-line leadership abilities measures (e.g. pricing strategy, investment suitcapability, best execution, cross functions collaborative business/initiatives, etc.) » Support comprehensive and accurate documentation of internal procedures To succeed in this Trade Solutions Analyst function, you will need to be structured in your approach in handling any topic, meticulous in documenting key discussion points, have the capability to manage a meeting and stakeholders of different levels and profiles.
