A professional institute is seeking an practiced Senior HR adjunct Manager (three-years contract) to join its organisation. About the Senior HR adjunct Manager (three-year contract) function:
Your key responsibility will be supporting the respective divisions through strong business partnering and managing end-to-end recruitment activities to meet current hiring demands and create strong talent pipeline for future manpower needs.

Key Job responsibilities:
   » Manage the full spectrum of everyday HR operations including recruitment, income recommendations,employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory services on HR policiesand procedure
   » Coach and provide guidance to stakeholders in people and performance management
   » Work closley with the Line Managers to assess their business needs for manpower deployment and partner with them to develop and deploy preventive measure
   » Perform the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer, on-boarding and coordinate with the Hiring Managers to identify and understand recruitment needs
   » Generate recruiting metric and activity reports.
   » Be involved in talent acquisition related projects such as process improvement, new technology adoption etc and other ad-hoc HR tasks
To succeed in this Senior HR adjunct Manager (three-year contract) function, you must have strong business partnering and recruitment expertise, and expertise in HR policies, recruitment and employment laws.

Key Requirements:
   » Qualified bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of significant work practice
   » Possesses strong communication, organization & stakeholder management expertise
   » Have analytical and problem-solving abilities, organising expertise for meetings and union-management events
   » Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ATS and SAP system
