About the Data Operations Analyst function: In this business critical function, you will develop and implement a global data management model and data governance organisation to support our fund management, trading, distribution. Key Job responsibilities: » Ensure all client data elements are opened, closed and updated both timely and accurately » Set improvement targets, qualify and quantify the results of data quality efforts » Perform root-cause analysis on master data related system problems and recommend or execute corrective action » Recommend ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availcapability across the enterprise » Work with IT, data stewards and internal business groups to develop effective, efficient, and transparent processes around the use of master data in systems » Build testing programs in stage environments to manage proposed changes in master data » Maintain knowledge of master data tools, downstream systems and data lineage rules » Assist in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures » Maintain knowledge of all internal stakeholders requirements and business processes To succeed in this Data Operations Analyst function, you will need to be well organised with minimal supervision.
