About the Supply & Demand Planner (12-month contract) function: Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity of supply to support the business growth with optimal level of stock coverage. Key Job responsibilities: » Generate product supply requirements for the responsible markets and supervise the transmission to central for production planning » Review fulfilment rate from plants and to escalate if supply performance is impacting business performance » Maintain inventory targets that approved by management » Develop and execute recommendations for minimising stock-out and high stock coverage issues » Participate in weekly sessions with distributors to share latest production planned and consider local requirements to arrange arrivals » Maximise container utilisation to ensure acceptance by the distributors » Generate demand plans from the sales forecast, with consideration to historical demand, marketing events, promotions, product life cycle, seasonality and inventory levels To succeed in this Supply & Demand Planner (12-month contract) function, you must collaborate with commercial teams (sales and marketing functions) in delivering sales and service targets.
