An exciting Regional CRM Manager job has just opened up at a leading prestigious beauty company. located in Singapore, the prosperous candidate will work together with the local marketing team to develop CRM initiatives to grow the database in terms of volume and value growth through acquisition of new customers, retention actions, increasing value methods. As a specialist in this function, you must be able to execute the function to achieve CRM objectives with excellence.
About the Regional CRM Manager function:
In this business critical function, the candidate will interface with sales, marketing, training and other internal and external customers to ensure that business objectives are met and aligned with the company's goals.

Key Job responsibilities:
   » Work with the local marketing team to set up and roll out CRM programmes and communication platforms in the region
   » Develop deep knowledge of consumer insights as well as general retail consumer behaviour and insights
   » Translate data, customer insights, and customer segmentation into actionable, results-oriented audience marketing programmes focusing on:
   » Retention and recruitment of customers
   » Increasing purchase value per transaction
   » Increasing unit per transaction
   » Increasing the number of transactions and frequency of visits
   » Develop promotions, workshops and events significant to each core customer. Work with marketing, merchandising, training, operations and significant stakeholders to secure approval and agreement on audience promotions
   » Actively explore other CRM opportunities focusing on recruitment of new potential customers and initiating activities and events with interesting execution to pamper and indulge customers
   » Develop engagement strategies for prioritised customers, including, but not limited to, outbound marketing, in-store practices, and follow up on communications that encourage sustained audience engagement at counters
   » Identify models that predict future customer behaviour, such as cross-sell/up-sell scenarios, cross-axis purchases, most significant messaging/demos/in-store practices, etc.
   » Manage CRM expenses within allocated budget, ensuring budget is spent most efficiently and effectively
To succeed in this Regional CRM Manager function, you will need to be a customer-centric marketer who is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
Key Requirements:
   » At least five years of related CRM practice, specifically around customer marketing, customer insights, retail marketing, and/or retention/loyalty marketing
   » Good knowledge of the beauty and luxury environment
   » Gets first-hand customer information and uses Information technology for improvements in products and services, acts with customers in mind, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. Proactively proposes campaigns to maximise clientele sales and track and share learning on the different CRM initiatives
   » Strong communication expertise. Enjoys speaking to the counters to understand the challenges that they are facing while ensuring that the campaigns are well developed and managed. This person should take great pleasure and pride in talking to our customers, and also work closely with all departments of the team to develop great projects
   » practice in customer relationship marketing, one to one and trigger marketing programme development and management, database marketing to ensure to establish audience focused marketing strategies and programmes
   » Proven track record for driving exceptional results and marketing ROI
   » Deep familiarity with customer data and consumer insights. High degree of comfort with data analysis
