About the Partnerships Manager function: In this business critical function, you will look for prospective partners to collaborate with the brand, and work with the marketing team to drive appropriate marketing events for consumers. Key Job responsibilities: » Develop strategy partnerships for the company's key initiative and projects network, deepening and expanding work with current corporate partners and building strategic alliances with new network of business organisations » Take ownership and initiatives to formulate strategies with respective stakeholders to drive incremental growth on club's beverage consumption volumes and sponsorship value » Identify significant partnerships and close strategic up-selling and cross-selling opportunities by knowledge core market and the partner's business needs » Perform contract negotiations on behalf of the company » Work independently in conformity with guidelines and direction provided by the company » Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and trends in order to apply creative thinking that will ensure a competitive edge » Research, identify and approach prospective organisations » Prepare creative and made-to-measure sales, marketing and business pitches or proposals to secure potential partners » Enunciate partnership value to partners and negotiate yearly beverage/non-beverage commercial contracts with partners » Undertake cost benefit analysis on proposed partnerships to ensure positive return for the company » Establish potential prospects, take ownership and execution of the development of partnership-centric events and activities To succeed in this Partnerships Manager function, you will need to possess a creative mind, with previous track record in clinching new partnership deals.
