An exciting e-Commerce Manager job opportunity has just become available at a global retail company. located in Singapore, the prosperous candidate will be responsible for defining omnichannel business strategy and customer practice.
About the e-Commerce Manager function:
Reporting to the Country Manager, the prosperous candidate will be responsible for P&L responsibilities of its own brand.com, and marketplace channels.
Key Job responsibilities:
» Own the brand.com P&L, manage performance to exceed high growth targets
» Monitor key KPIs and execute best practices that drive traffic, conversion rate, orders, AOV opt ins, etc.
» Leverage data from analytics and user testing to improve brand.com end-to-end practice, identify opportunities to consistently improve conversion rate and UX across all touchpoints
» Establish best practices and operational infrastructure to grow and create a strong presence in marketplaces
» Collaborate with category managers to optimise the product life cycle across marketplaces
» Effectively replicate organisations key strategies across marketplaces in terms of product and communication
» Define, train and internalise new set of KPIs in existing retail operations with respect to omnichannel operations
» Accurately forecast omnichannel initiatives and lead a highly motivated online team to achieve sales targets
» Create channel specific plans, targets and sell out programmes to meet/exceed overall sales targets
» Be responsible for overall and channel-wise P&L, expense control and reconciliation of the business
» Manage and provide leadership abilities and developmental opportunities for direct reports including hiring, training, work assignments, and performance evaluations
» Manage merchandising and collection in coordination with organisations merchandising and collection team
» Develop assortment and product/pricing strategy for online channels
» Define KPIs for the digital team, merchandising and collection team with respect to each online channel
To succeed in this e-Commerce Manager function, you will need to have strong knowledge of the omnichannel sales cycle.
» Minimum of five years of e-commerce practice preferably in a retail company
» practiced in end-to-end e-commerce including, marketing, operations and fulfilment.
» Strong team player and has good stakeholder management
» Strong knowledge of key drivers in an e-commerce channel
