About the Accounts Payable manager function: Reporting directly to the Finance Director APAC, the Accounts Payable manager will be responsible for superviseing and supervising the UK and India located Accounts Shared Service centers on behalf of the company's APAC business. Key Job responsibilities: » Reconciliation of SOA's to ensure all invoices have been captured and to request copy invoices where required for the shared service centre » Being the main POC for the business within the Asia Pacific region to resolve all AP issues and manage the coordination between the UK/India shared service, vendors and internal customers » Reconcile freight invoices and inbound goods through the ERP system » Prepare weekly payment proposals for the Finance Managers » Raise urgent payment requests to the business where required » Manage the corporate credit card process, ensuring submissions are done accurately and timely and coded to the correct GL's » Coordination and sharing of information to the internal and external audit team where required » Check intercompany agreements » Prepare audit schedule for Accounts Payable To succeed in this Accounts Payable manager function, you will need to be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and communication expertise to work with various personnel across all lines of the business.
