About the Regional Marketing Manager, Radiation Technology/Diagnostics function : In this function, you will leverage your strong clinical background to help direct the development of marketing strategies and programmes to grow oncology diagnostic products alongside the Asia Pacific and country marketing teams. Key Job responsibilities: » Translate new innovations (products, features, specs) to clinical value for the customer. Also, collect customer clinical needs and feedback and share these with product management » Develop programmes and material to train the sales team as well as other internal customers on the operations, features and clinical benefits of company's hardware and software products. Educate the team on specific selling techniques through creation of clinical value » Assist the sales team in customer negotiation meetings to be able to adequately represent clinical value of company's solutions versus competition. Represent your product lines in customer facing situations such as customer visits, trade shows and user group meetings » Participate in clinical satisfaction phase by supporting customers participation in the programme, logging and providing feedback to the proper product managers and working closely with the other global team members » Assist product marketing managers and country marketing team to develop product marketing strategy and new product introduction, preparing sales tools including brochure, sales PPT, configuration, tender book, etc., for the responsible product portfolios » Understand the customer's clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought and prioritise customer segments and business opportunities to lead needs-located segmentation » Build and maintain relationships with decision makers in the healthcare system, government agencies, regulatory bodies, key opinion leaders and community to drive market shaping activities » Work with in-country marketing to lead execution in marketing plans, track and monitor success of marketing initiatives and increase customer adoption To be prosperous in this function, strong medical background (as outlined below) is essential due to the niche and technical nature of the products.
