Responsibilities
• Work with subject matter experts to evaluate and shape course content, curriculum and learning results;
• Drive innovation & development of blended learning through technology-enabled learning for continuing education programmes;
• Design strategy and establish system for a technology-enabled learning platform for CET;
• Evaluate existing programmes and structure enhanced learning offerings through technology enabled platforms;
• Assess and monitor impact and effectiveness of learning at individual trainee and/or organisational level;
• Provide training and guide staff and adjunct trainers on instructional design and e-learning to deliver blended learning course design and delivery.
Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in the areas of instructional design or education technology;
• A minimum of 10 years of working practice in the field of digital learning with strong demonstration of driving technology-enabled learning;
• Familiar with latest developments and trends in digital learning (e-learning or blended learning);
• Able to formulate and deliver training programmes with e-learning and blended learning formats;
• Familiar with workplace training, adult training and education (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)) is a plus;
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently and in teams.
