about the job
You will report to your Application Manager and take responsibility for product application support provided to customers. As the central interface between customers, distributors, and sales teams, you work in the field as a technical subject-matter expert. You will:
   » Engage customers in Southeast Asia all over the sales process, via technical trainings, presentations, and application support, etc.
   » Provide technical expertise and support to SEA regional sales teams
   » Maintain influential relationship with key customers and KOLs
   » Attend technological seminars and conferences as a brand ambassador

expertise and practice required
   » PhD or Master's degree in genomics or other life sciences field; alternatively, Bachelor's Degree in life sciences with at 3 years+ hands-on practice on dPCR, DNA/RNA extraction and purification, DNA/RNA synthesis and modification, sequencing, and other genomics-related technology
   » Familiarity with various molecular workflows, including sample preparation and data processing with advanced software tools
   » Good communication and presentation expertise
