They are hiring for a Legal Counsel to join their Corporate Banking Legal Team. about the job Your scope of tasks include: » Working closely with the Aviation and Energy, Natural Resources, Project and Export Finance businesses in reviewing and facilitating in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of legal documentation and managing the documentation process for financing transactions » Advising and interacting with significant internal stakeholders and external counsels in relation to legal issues arising in the course of advisory and transactional work » Management of legal risk in relation to financing transactions and matters » Report and escalate potential legal risk issues » Participate in multi-jurisdictional or transversal projects where necessary expertise and practice required » Bachelors of Law and legally qualified in England, Singapore, Hong Kong or any other common law jurisdiction with minimum 3 years of legal practice in cross-border banking and finance » Candidates with practice in an international law firm and/or international bank and specific practice in, Aircraft (or asset finance) and/or Project Finance is highly preferred » Independent and self-motivated with excellent stakeholder management To apply online please use the 'apply' function, alternatively you may contact <Daniella Koh> at <65106574>.
