They are one of the market leaders in what they do and has a strong global presence. about the job Leading a HR team, you will be a strategic HR partner to the business and work closely with the business leaders on strategic HR initiatives. You will look after the full spectrum of HR - such as talent management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, succession planning, employee relations etc Your tasks will include but not be limited to: » Partnering with internal stakeholders on proactive HR matters (e.g. performance management, succession planning, talent development etc) » Perform streamlining and reviewing of HR processes to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity » Execute talent management initiatives to ensure retention and growth of key talents within the business » Be the change agent on change management initiatives to ensure achievement on business objectives » Foster good relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. government agencies, unions etc) expertise and practice required » At least 10 years of significant HR practice » Prior managerial practice in leading teams » Prior industrial relations practice (e.g. handling CA negotiations, income agreements, employee grievances etc) To apply If the above describes you, click on the significant link.
