About the Project Manager (Electrical Transmission & Distribution) function: As the Project Manager specialising in Electrical Transmission and Distribution, you will play a pivotal function in driving the success of the diverse portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be superviseing the implementation and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet both customer and company requirements. You will also manage contract risks, review profits, plan projects effectively, coordinate with various departments to deal with issues during implementation, monitor progress and costs all over the project life cycle. Your capability to create and maintain payment plans will ensure timely deliveries that meet high-quality standards. Key Job responsibilities: » Manage projects at different levels, ensuring effective hierarchical management » Verify project profit and contract risk points in the early stages of each project » Organise kick-off meetings at the start of large-scale project implementations, clarifying responsibilities of all parties involved » Represent the company during client project meetings relating to commercial/technical discussions and other project-related matters » Analyse common or major problems existing in the product delivery process, organising regular communication meetings to feedback and track handling results » Connect with customers and regions, preparing, notifying and implementing project schedules, monthly and weekly work arrangements » Solve problems during project implementation, distributing project incentives reasonably in the later stage » Monitor cost implementation during the project execution To succeed in this function, you must have at least five years of related work practice. Key Requirements: » Bachelor's degree or above in project management, electrical or engineering management » Professional qualification such as PMP Certificate is highly advantageous » Product knowledge: Power and Distribution Transformers, MV switchgear (AIS/GIS), Low Voltage Switchgear assemblies, or Energy Storage Systems is highly advantageous » knowledge of import and export business processes » Proficiency in calculating company project profit (gross profit, net profit, margin) and excellent knowledge of contracts and risk management » Excellent organisational and coordination abilities, good customer communication expertise and strong execution abilities » Good computer expertise and network expertise, proficiency in Office and other project management software This is a global leader in their field, renowned for their commitment to innovation, quality and sustaincapability.
