The prosperous candidate will be instrumental in crafting both long-term and annual action plans to support school goals, guiding team members, coordinating professional learning with regards to innovation and technology, and consulting with the Information technology team to ensure overall alignment. » Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of digital learning » Co-lead a dedicated digital learning team » Craft long-term and annual action plans to support school goals What you'll do: As the Head of Digital Learning and Innovation, you will play a pivotal function in shaping the future of education at the company's institution. You will lead all aspects of digital learning services, ensuring they align with the school's mission. Your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion will guide your approach as you work closely with various stakeholders to develop short-term and long-term digital strategies. Your leadership abilities will extend beyond strategy into practical application as you supervise the design of the digital ecosystem for campus redesigns. Your skills will be crucial in guiding academic leadership abilities towards enhanced digital learning practices. Furthermore, your engagement with internal and external stakeholders will foster an environment that encourages creative use of educational technology. » Lead and manage all digital learning services in line with the school's mission » Prioritise diversity, equity, and inclusion in how technology is used across school programmes » Collaborate broadly with school leaders for the continuing development, execution and assessment of educational technology » Work closely with the Head of Information technology to develop and assess short-term and long-term digital strategies » Lead the design of the digital ecosystem for all phases of campus redesign » Provide guidance to academic leadership abilities in enhancing digital learning » Actively participate in the planning of a comprehensive orientation program for stakeholders » Conduct an annual review to evaluate the effectiveness of the school's technology vision » Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster an environment that encourages creative use of educational technology What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Head of Digital Learning and Innovation function will bring a wealth of practice within an EdTech or digital learning team. Your excellent leadership abilities, communication, and collaboration skills will be key to your success in this function. You will have practice using Google Workspace and demonstrate fluency with systems thinking and design thinking. Your expertise of curriculum development will be crucial, and practice with the IB curriculum is preferred.
