About the Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer function: You will be responsible for managing a variety of systems including Windows servers, VMware, Azure, Active Directory and crucial level three support to the End User Computing team. You will have the opportunity to lead and support Information technology infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing the company's ICT infrastructure. Key Job responsibilities: » Manage Windows servers, VMware, Azure, Active Directory and related AD services, Office 365, VPN, Information technology Operation Management, network (building network) and other related hardware » Provide level three support to the End User Computing team » Lead and support Information technology infrastructure projects to enhance the company's ICT Infrastructure » Automate processes or make suggestions to the workflow to provide more proactive services and monitoring for all systems » Provide dashboards to better manage the system » Work with other infrastructure teams and external Information technology service providers to troubleshoot Information technology related issues To succeed in this Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer function, you will need to have good practice in Information technology operations management and familiarity with hosting platforms like MS Hyper-V, VMWare, and Azure.
