About the Senior FX Trade Support function:
In this business critical function, you will be the front-line support to clients within the FX market.
Key Job responsibilities:
   » Provide front-line support to customers
   » Investigate and analyse major outages, providing significant information to management and other stakeholders
   » Troubleshoot critical trading and connectivity issues on the platform, knowledge the FX cash aspect of support and business
   » Develop ad hoc queries, perform complex data analysis, and create data-driven solutions to support policy, process procedures, and technologies
   » Field customer inquiries related to market events, connectivity, business technologies, and products
   » Evaluate and monitor market activity and order flow
   » Perform investigations for internal and external clients, articulating complex problems and solutions to a broad range of audiences
To be prosperous in this Senior FX Trade Support function in Singapore, you will need to have at least four years' trade support practice.
Key Requirements:
   » Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent
   » Deep functional knowledge of FX products and modules
   » Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Python or other scripting languages
   » Strong communication expertise
