You will be responsible for quick analysis and response to ad hoc queries both internally and from regulators. Your function will involve close collaboration with the VP/AVP to develop controlling tools ensuring data integrity and completeness for accurate regulatory reporting submission. You will also prepare and submit IRAS tax filings in close consultation with the tax team. Your responsibilities will extend to supporting external auditors during annual prudential audits, preparing annual statutory accounts under SFRS, and participating in finance project initiatives. » Production of management reports for everyday regulatory monitoring » Production of local regulatory reporting » Quick analysis and response to ad hoc queries both internally and from regulators » Work closely with the VP/AVP to develop and set up controlling tools ensuring data integrity and completeness for accurate and timely regulatory reporting submission » Prepare and submit IRAS tax filings including indirect and direct tax in close consultation with the tax team » Support queries from external auditors during annual prudential audit » Preparation of annual statutory accounts under Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) » Involvement in finance projects initiatives around reporting changes and controls, process reviews and system enhancements What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Financial Control Analyst position brings excellent communication expertise, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in investment banking or Big 4 audit firms. You are known for your capability to prioritise and escalate breaches/issues as appropriate, and you have the capability to independently research and develop an knowledge of regulatory reports. Your enthusiasm, initiative, diligence, and capability to multitask set you apart.
