They are seeking an Application Support Lead (Avaloq) to join their Information technology department. this function will be located in Singapore and will involve working in shifts. The prosperous candidate has a strong knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System and will be responsible for providing technical support for the applications used by the wealth management technology team. » Join a global financial services group with an integrated network spanning over 30 countries » Work within an Information technology department known for its commitment to innovation and exceptional service » Opportunity to utilise your knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System in a supportive function What you'll do: As the Application Support Lead (Avaloq), you will play a crucial function in maintaining the smooth operation of the company's wealth management technology applications. » Provide technical support for all wealth management applications (Avaloq) » Manage production issues and health checks of all applications and processes » Work closely with various stakeholders to prioritise, mitigate or resolve issues and minimise outages » Ensure high performance and availcapability of the production environment, including batch monitoring during late shifts » contact with users to ensure production incidents are tracked and resolved on a timely basis » Participate in business continuity planning and exercises, as well as regional projects What you'll need: » At least five years' practice in application support within a banking environment or financial institution for Avaloq » practice with Java, Oracle, Unix/Linux technologies » knowledge of FX/MM/Equity/Derivatives and connected front-to-back operational workflow » practice in disaster recovery planning and test execution What sets this company apart: Our client is an exciting global financial services group.
