Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working closely with clients, knowledge their operational needs, and translating these into technical requirements. If you are interested, you will also be given the opportunity to assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including crafting technical responses for project proposals. You will need a solid knowledge of ITSM best practices.
