Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing advice on compliance issues across all business units, handling regulatory inspections and audits, reviewing internal policies for alignment with changing rules and regulations, monitoring regulatory changes, preparing reports, and delivering training. You will be expected to work independently when required while also thriving in a team environment. » Provide advice on compliance issues across all business units independently or collaboratively with other team members » Handle regulatory inspections and internal/external audits as well as any ad-hoc regulatory inquiries » Consistently review internal policies to ensure alignment with changing rules and regulations » Monitor regulatory and policy changes, analyse their impact and communicate such changes to significant staff » Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc regulatory reports, including reports of findings and follow up on identified issues » Deliver training to both professionals and support staff of the Business and Infrastructure Units as required What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Compliance Associate Vice President (8 months contract) function will bring a strong knowledge of regulations along with good knowledge of Markets Trading and Sales practices. Excellent written and spoken English expertise are essential for this function. You should possess strong analytical expertise that enable you to identify any discrepancies swiftly. A detail-oriented approach coupled with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
