An exciting Lead CRM Product Specialist (Salesforce/Dynamics/Servicenow) job has opened up at a market leader.
About the Lead CRM Product Specialist (Salesforce/Dynamics/Servicenow) function:
this function offers the opportunity to provide specialised product skills and high levels of customer service to business users for strategic products and take on a lead function in an inclusive, supportive work environment with excellent income package and benefits.
Key Job responsibilities:

   » Leading a team of five across Singapore, India and New Zealand
   » Acting as the first point of contact for all product related support requests, queries, and bugs
   » Performing user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing and post-production testing ensuring system stcapability
   » Building up product expertise across entire tech stack
   » Providing exceptional user/client service by building and maintaining user/customer relationships - Information technology is primarily 90% internal facing and 10% client facing
   » Supporting technology operational functions not limited to onboarding users, administering application access/ termination
   » Collaborating with other product specialists including teams in product, engineering, design, quality etc.
To succeed in this Lead CRM Product Specialist (Salesforce/Dynamics/Servicenow) function, yo umust be a subject matter expert on these products who works closely with customers and teams across product, engineering, and quality control.

Key Requirements:
   » At least five years of practice in a similar CRM/Product function
   » expertise in SQL for querying large data sets
   » expertise in CRM such as Salesforce is preferred - Others such as Dynamics or ServiceNow is acceptable as well
   » expertise in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI/Tableau is highly advantageous
   » practice leading a team is highly advantageous
