About the Regional Equipment Manager function: Reporting to the Regional Director, you will manage and grow the Golf Equipment team's club car business via direct and distribution channel selling. Key Job responsibilities: » Create and accomplish the sales strategy, business plan, and Budget in conformity with the short-term and long-term goals of the group and country, aligning with the T&I strategy » Work with the country management and existing equipment and project team to support the achievement of goals and objectives » Collaborate with the regional logistics manager to plan, determine, and monitor inventory stock and levels, ensuring that stock value remains within optimal levels as agreed upon with management » Collaborate with the Regional Director to establish equipment performance standards and targets for all direct reports, providing guidance, motivation, coaching, and performance appraisals to ensure optimal job performance » Take the lead and guide the team as needed » Coordinate closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to prepare various versions of our equipment for prosperous application of the versioning approach to all proposals Key Requirements: » Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline with practice in engineered product sales, or a degree in Engineering with significant sales practice » At least 10 years' practice in sales management of engineered products (golf equipment) » Good business acumen, entrepreneurial and commercial thinking » A positive outlook, can-do attitude, and a team-player » Effective communication and networkings expertise, and result driven.
