Key Job responsibilities: » Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and policies to support the company's goals and objectives » supervise the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent development » Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to drive HR excellence » Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies. » Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices » Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity » Manage employee performance and conduct investigations when necessary » Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive work environment » Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement learning and development programmes To succeed in this Senior HR Manager function, your leadership abilities style should be characterised by calmness under pressure, high emotional intelligence, and political astuteness.
