About the Senior UX Designer function: In this function, you will be developing and implementing methods that build a rich body of insights describing the needs of the APAC region users group. You will be working closely with members of the digital and technology team. Key Job responsibilities: » Deliver solutions for external clients and prospects or internal associates » Develop and implement methods that build a rich body of insights describing the needs of APAC region user group » Translate insights into actionable design ideas and criteria » Explain user needs and design ideas to a range of stakeholders In order to be prosperous in this Senior UX Designer function, you will need to have proven practice in delivering prosperous user-oriented practices. Key Requirements: » Five or more years of demonstrated practice driving user-centred design and insights for clients across multiple sectors, in the APAC region specifically » Track record working with different design systems » Able to manage projects proactively and effectively - meeting goals set, identifying and driving next steps and able to demonstrate the value delivered » Excellent conceptual and big-picture design expertise, including user practice architecture, information architecture, interaction design and information design This is a good opportunity to join a growing international team located in Singapore.
