About the Senior Business Analyst (Payments) function: You will be in charge of analysing the requirements, writing specifications and test scenarios/cases, maintaining and building the payment system of the bank. The function will focus primarily on functional analysis and quality assurance of the build and delivery required for the evolution of the in-house or vendor's solution. Key Job responsibilities: » Executing business analysis best practices and engagement of stakeholders across front-to-back functions » Responsible for all analysis of functional requirements arising from the requirements of business stakeholders, business users and technology » Multitasking: Work in Agile - Scrum environment as a BA and QA. Refine/groom future stories and perform BA tests within the sprint time-box » Manage the requirements and provide design options for the solutions available and guide the team » Evaluation of alternative Information technology solutions and provide appropriate recommendations » Provide Payments domain skills to help define a viable business solution, working with the key business sponsors » Ensure that the services delivered conforms with, and contributes to the development of the business strategy » Assess the impacts on the project plans resulting from change requests, ad hoc projects, or technology issues » Coordinate with various users groups and interface teams and getting them on board as interface services for various financial services » Manage stakeholders, risks, issues, quality, and project controls » Work closely with the technical implementation team in bridging the gap from translating functional to technical details » Be involved in QA activities when needed » Provide functional Guidance to the Team, working closely with developers/Tech Leads for assisting in resolution of queries To succeed in this Senior Business Analyst (Payments) function, you must be highly analytical and have expertise of all phases of Information technology system development and implementation life cycle. Key Requirements: » practice of working on Instant Payment-Europe region or any similar real-time payment processing system or payment engine » End-to-end payments system expertise with detailed insights on payment file format ISO20022 (SEPA) and SWIFT. practice with payments field/value mapping and validations » Hands-on practice on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels » broad expertise on payment life cycle (Client <> Clearing) for high value, mass and bulk payments and instant payments. Also, practice on handling R-Msgs » Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional and system Integration testing of banking and financial applications » Break SFD and EPIC into developable stories for developers by creating linkage and tracecapability of requirements » High practice in creating Cucumber test cases (gherkin) and working with developers in Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) » Functional automation of test cases using SOAP UI/Selenium and other automation tools » capability to connect the dots from bigger picture to smaller chunks and maintain change requirements » practice in at least one of the payment engines: Dovetail, GPP, Clear2Pay or in-house payment engines and work flows This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a one of the global largest banks.
