About the Accounts Executive - One-year Contract function: Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be an integral part of the finance team, responsible for all operational and financial accounting functions including general ledger, bookkeeping, monthly closing, etc. Key Job responsibilities: » Be responsible for general ledger and bookkeeping and ensure accurate entry and compliance with proper accounting procedures » Perform everyday operations and assist with assigned administrative tasks » contact with auditors for yearly audit requirements and other audit matters » Be responsible for account payable, including ensuring timely invoice processing and payment, managing AP ageing, gatekeeping compliance and governance, etc. » Be responsible for month-end financial closing and management reporting activities and prepare monthly schedules to support account balance and reconciliation » Support ad hoc projects when required To succeed in this Accounts Executive (one-year contract) function, you must be self-motivated, team-oriented, resourceful and have a great attention to detail.
