About the Change Manager - People Focus function: As the Change Manager - People Focus, you will be accountable for the end-to-end change management life cycle from assessing change impacts to ensuring change is fully embedded within the strategic change business areas across the most complex strategic transformation programme. Key Job responsibilities: » Collaborate with the strategic change team to establish prosperous landing of change by defining the change impact, change approach and plan » Manage the impact on and concerns of teams from operational model shifts, updating business processes and usage of tools, manage risks, issues and opportunities » Guide cultural and behavioural change will align with the business strategies » Create and implement change management strategies and plans that increases employee adoption and minimise resistance » Ensure effective execution of change agenda, lead meetings with senior stakeholders to develop a case for change and a change adoption plan » Ensure timelines are managed, periodic reporting and coordinate communications plan for project execution and delivery both internally and externally To be prosperous in this function, you must have practice in managing the people side of change across a global organisation with a strong knowledge of project management and business process analysis.
