About the Talent Sourcer (Six-Month contract) function: Reporting to the TA Manager, your key responsibility will be handling the entire recruitment life cycle, focusing on a variety of functions in the SEA business within the sales function to identify top talents. Key Job responsibilities: » Manage the full recruitment life cycle and support the talent acquisition team in coordinating and supervising of recruitment activities » Work closely with the recruiters and hiring team to hire top talents while aligning with their goals and expectations » Implement sourcing strategies and develop processes that deliver a high-touch candidate practice » Maintain the system by ensuring data is updated, accurate, and recognise the value that comes from developing a long-term, internal, talent database » Be involved in any projects and recruiting initiatives To succeed in this Talent Sourcer (Six-Month Contract) function, you must have strong recruitment expertise, and strong expertise of HR policies and employment laws.
