You will be responsible for all financial matters for the firm and its SEA businesses. Key Responsibilities • Will manage firm's accounting and consolidation teams in all geographies within SEA • Will lead the Group's budget forecasting and coordinate with Department Managers for investment and budget purposes • Will ensure that internal processes are in line with local regulations and that proper accounting tools are in place to follow the firm's growth • Will ensure tax compliance and Group tax optimization • Will deal with auditors on the accounts closing and approval matters • Will build a monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting to the Board and secure Board's approval on annual budget and reports • Will manage relationships with banks for day?to-¬day operations as well as for short term to longer term financing • Will manage all corporate or project financing matters and structuring • Will supervise and manage Finance Department team according to firm's policies and growth plans • Will hire, train and manage Project Finance team according to firm's growth plans • Will report and animate the different Board Committees on Remuneration, Nomination, Risk and Audit To succeed in this Chief Financial agent function, you need to have strong business partnering expertise and prior practice in the Power industry. Key Requirements: • Master's/bachelor's degree in accountancy/finance, qualified accountant with CPA or equivalent • At least ten years' practice in a fast-paced, corporate finance environment within a Power/ Energy Renewable industry • Proven leader within a controller/director capacity or in a similar financial leadership abilities function • Excellent communication expertise and capability to work well with people at all levels of the business • Strong analytical expertise and able to interpret financial data • Understands the business market environment with entrepreneurial and commercial thinking • capability to work independently with minimal supervision • Self-starter with the capability to balance and prioritise multiple tasks • Proactive problem solving and leadership abilities expertise • practice dealing with Investors/Shareholders, auditors, tax agents, local tax and government authorities, banks, financial advisors, DFI, banks engineers • Strong capability to work in a multi-cultural environment Since the start of establishment about 10 years ago, this leading renewable energy firm has offices in Singapore and other SEA region.
