Key Job responsibilities: » Support the Team Lead/Manager, Finance in the annual budget and forecast process » Work with functional stakeholders to obtain budget requirements, ensure strategic and operational plans are supported through the annual budget » Support the Team Lead/Manager, Finance with the preparation of the standalone and consolidated annual budget and budget presentation decks for local and overseas asset management subsidiaries » Prepare and submit budget templates for group reporting and consolidation » Perform monthly actual vs budget/forecast, rolling forecast analysis » Perform ad hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making » Respond to queries from group stakeholders during the annual budget cycle » Support the Team Lead/Manager, Finance on any ad hoc reporting/support on projects and strategic initiatives To succeed in this adjunct Finance Manager (five-month contract) function, you will need to be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
