General Manager/Executive Director - Property Group

A Singapore located long term real estate investment holding group with a long history of property activities in commercial management and residential development. They have an broad and diverse portfolio covering from residential, private housing estates, commercial and high-tech industrial projects to townships in Singapore and Malaysia.
Seeking for someone to bring the division to the next leveland performing the functions of:
   » Lead the company to manage the assets & divestment of all properties within the group’s portfolio and reporting to the Group Managing Director.
   » Maximizing the investment returns of the properties owned by the company.
   » Studies and steps to initiate property enhancements – structuring, establishing and managing real estate investment platforms.
   » Worked closely with several leading property agencies in Singapore to drive the development, constructions, sales & leasing efforts of the company's portfolio properties.
   » Develop corporate business structures and personnel within the Group. ( like property funds, holding companies and REITs )
