Requirements » Architecture, Engineering, QS or Building and Real Estate Management qualification » broad Executive-Level management practice (At least 10 years). » broad Real Estate development or marketing practice (At least 15 years). » Either Residential practice or Commercial development practice is required. » Strong visionary with proven leadership abilities qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset. » Relate well to team and can draw out the best in everyone.
