Sales & Marketing Manager - New Property Launch

Marketing Manager for the residential properties of the Property Group, in particular, the development sales of conventional housing and project in the residential space. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

   » Working with real estate agencies /advertising firms to launch and market new property
   » Sales strategy planning and implementation, including : advertisement and promotion, brochures, launches
   » Leasing
   » Market analysis & customer handling.
Requirements
   » Proven track record in Residential Properties launch
   » Must have working practice with local property developer firms (property agents/consultant firms not considered).
   » Min8years or more significant requisite practice in residential salesand marketing launches.
