Offer: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – Residential Property Developer:Chris consultingJob description:SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – Residential Property DeveloperOne Residential Property Developer on the list https://www.propertyasiadirect.com/sg/best-property-developers/ is seeking * Project Manager *function: » Reporting to General Manager, you will assist with the company to manage the project from planning to delivery within quality, cost, and safety. » Responsible for the prosperous implementation and completion of the projects under development » Involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation and construction till completion. » Assist in ensuring accurate preparation, execution of all project activities and prosperous completion of construction projects undertaken by the Group within scheduled cost, time and quality. » contact closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide skills and supervision to the team. » Ensure that the appointed sub-contractors are able to complete works within the schedule and comply with the technical and contractual requirements and ensure compliance with contract requirements. » Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations. » Ensure that they are within the budget allotted, within the schedule planned and with a high level of quality workmanship. The Requirements » Degree with min 10 -13years’ practice » Proven track record of project practice in residential property developments and constructions. » Good knowledge of Authority submissions and approval procedures » Able to work with sub contractors / consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical clearances. » capability to deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and significant authorities.
