They are looking for a high calibre Finance director to join their leadership abilities team here in Singapore, heading up the finance and partnering closely with the commercial team to drive the business. about the job Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will lead a team of direct and indirect reports across SEA to manage the full spectrum of finance activities. This includes operational accounting, budgeting, corporate governance & compliance, statutory and management reporting, taxation as well as commercial analysis. You will play a key function in high-level decision on policy and strategy, identifying financial risks and opportunities for the business. You will work in close partnership with other functional teams to provide strong and solid support to all business leaders within the region to deliver on operating and profitcapability goals. You will be the business partner with Regional, Local and Operating Management to ensure that all significant information is captured and reflected in annual plans and estimates, challenging and verifying any underlying assumptions to ensure the integrity of the numbers. You will provide analysis, modelling and forecast to the management with significant and insightful analysis of the business drivers for the region. You will also work with the various stakeholders and finance shared services to improve processes and systems on an on-going basis. expertise and practice required » Accomplished Finance Professional qualified with a recognized professional body » A minimum of 10 years of significant professional practice in a leadership abilities capacity » Has practice with a fast paced multi-national company » Resilient and demonstrates maturity and integrity at the highest level at all times » Able to stay focused, work across multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner, and optimize/simplify processes where necessary. » Excellent communicator, with good influencing expertise and the capability to communicate well with peers and senior leaders locally and on a remote basis.
