We are seeking for candidates to fulfill a function in Cybersecurity as Manager/ Senior Manager in Audit Division reporting to the Senior adjunct Director (ICT Security Audit). He/ She will perform cybersecurity audits on MHA Critical/ Significant Information Infrastructure (CII and SII), covering various aspects of the audit process, including risk assessments, preparing audit programs, providing stakeholders with assessments and recommendations, as well as generating updates on the risks and their compliance with prevailing statutory and government ICT security policies. ? Job Scope / Key Deliverables The principal accountabilities of the job holder are to: » Plan and conduct cybersecurity audits on MHA CIIs/ SIIs to assess the effectiveness of security controls and its compliance with the prevailing statutory and government ICT policies. » Assesses the adequacy and effectiveness of the control environments and provide analysis, appraisals, and recommendations on the CIIs/SIIs audited. » supervise and manage outsourced ICT audits of other MHA ICT Systems as assigned. » Perform any other audit-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements Candidates should possess: » tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; » minimum 3 years of significant practice in ICT auditing, security consultancy or compliance reviews; » significant CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO/IEC 27001 or related certifications as advantage; » proficiency in ICT auditing, cybersecurity technologies, and ICT security controls in operating systems, networks, ICT operations and processes; » good expertise of the government ICT environment and the Government Instruction Manual.
