Constantly innovating to meet the changing consumer needs and behaviours while expanding their global market share, they are now looking for a high calibre Finance Manager to help drive the business. about the job Reporting to the Financial controller, you will be taking on a key function in providing leadership abilities to the accounting team in Singapore. You will be managing a team of finance folks to analyse and resolve any complex accounting and reporting issues. In this function, you will drive the implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements. You will initiate process and system improvements to drive productivity. You will develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure external management reports are consistent with group policies. You will also be providing insights and business support to the commercial team/ business unit heads. This would include sales forecast and sensitivity analysis, rebates and cash flow analysis expertise and practice required You should ideally possess a degree in finance/accounting with 8-12 years of practice working in a matrix environment. Prior practice working in a Big 4 will have an added advantage. You are proactive, self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal expertise to influence and drive projects across the region. You are practical in your approach and can be a strong problem solver.
