They believe in grooming their employees to become the best at what they do, and offer internal mobility opportunities. about the job This is a 12 months contract function. » Day-to-day management of clients' portfolio by providing treasury and cash management solutions » Responsibilities on account opening and client documentation on-boarding related activities » Provide pre-sales support and training to Front Office on Implementation and Solutions » supervise the delivery and execution of all assigned projects in line with the clients' expectations and ensure that implementation projects are delivered in conformity to procedures and guidelines » Provide technical support and training to clients where required. » Attend to conference calls » Participate in local and regional projects as assigned expertise and practice required » At least 2 years of practice in Client Services, Implementation and/or Product Management within the Banking & Financial Services sector » Good knowledge of corporate banking products, electronic banking platforms and/or payment delivery systems » Excellent communications and presentations expertise » knowledge of account opening process and client documentation requirements » Proficient in Microsoft Office applications » Attending to conference calls before/after office hours may be required due to the regional portfolio If you would like to find out more about this function, please click apply below.
