They strive to help businesses grow by providing valuable skills in audit, tax and business support and are now looking for a senior transfer pricing associate to join their team in better serving their clients. About the job As a senior transfer pricing associate, you will be part of a dynamic tax team. You will support the managers in handling clients' inter-company transfer pricing activities. In this function, you will be involved in the analysis, planning and documentation of related party transactions relating to goods, services or use of tangible or intangible properties. You will conduct benchmarking studies and industry research to ensure that transfer pricing documentation has adequate defence in place, and review intercompany documents for compliance and risk mitigation purposes. You will also have the opportunity to assist in transfer pricing audits, Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA), Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) as well as collaborate with colleagues from international offices on cross border transfer pricing projects. As a senior associate, you will lead junior members of the team to ensure high quality and timely deliverables. Skills and practice required You should ideally be a degree holder with at least 2 years of practice doing transfer pricing. You possess strong communication and writing skills. You have strong interpersonal and leadership abilities skills. You are a strong problem solver and are able to work independently. In this function, as you will need to contact with Chinese clients and stakeholders, the capability to converse in Mandarin will come as a strong advantage.
