About the job You will provide HR administrative and support services to the 8 divisions within the bank. This include updating of staff data by creating record for new joiners and re-joiner, as well as staff movements such as preparation of appointments, confirmations, promotions, transfers, cessations plus other adhoc updates. In addition, you will prepare letter of offers, renewal of contract letters, certification of employment letters, NS deferment letters, income adjustment letters, transfer letters, supplemental letters etc. You will also process MOM work pass applications/renewals/update of particulars/cancellations as well as maintaining digital p-files. You should be able to help provide a collaborative working partnership so as to provide seamless HR services to the divisions of the bank. You may also have to assist in benefits enrollment, leave administration and benefits reimbursement programme for employees. About the Manager/team This is a permanent function and sits within the HR department of the bank. expertise & requirements The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated with minimum 4 years of end-to-end HR Operations practice.
