Responsibilities You will be part of team responsible for Information technology system development and maintenance, system administration, server administration, co-ordination and implementation of ICT projects and initiatives and conducting briefing/training to users.
You will be involved in planning, procurement and execution of Information technology projects that requires engaging stakeholders within HDB and external agencies to translate business needs into solutions, developing and superviseing the whole project life cycle to meet business requirements. You will develop and maintain application systems using in-house application platform. You will be required to review and analyse business needs, confer with stakeholders to evaluate requirements, discuss solutions and develop plan of approach, analyse existing processes and make recommendation to better streamline the overall processes within the solution. You will be involved in the integration of solution with other business systems and applications used in HDB. You are expected to take a corporate, strategic perspective, whilst knowledge the varied business needs and challenges, when administering the systems. You will need to understand the Information technology and data management policies/guidelines to ensure compliance to these policies and guidelines.
You will also be involved in the generation of computer reports for policy review, analysis and operations.
Requirements You should possess a background in Information technology or a related discipline, and preferably with knowledge in programming expertise and at least 2 years of significant working practice in Project Management. You should be a meticulous, organised and fast learner who have strong analytical and problem-solving expertise and can work well in team environment as well as independently. Excellent communication, presentation and writing expertise will be an added advantage.
