You will report to your Field Application Manager, and work closely with the sales team to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction across assigned territories in Asia-Pacific region. » Lead technical product specification and application discussions with clients and prospects » Help customers design, develop, and optimise experimental methodology, advising on how the process can be improved by using your technical offerings » Follow through collaboration research projects with customers to ensure compliance and quality of delivery » Provides on-site and in-house technical training to customers, sales teams, and channel partners » Identify stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders, and nurture influential relationships with them » Support commercial team in identifying customer opportunities and determine the technical practiccapability of customer requests » Attend scientific seminars and symposiums as a company ambassador » Stay tuned with new technologies and suggest product improvements expertise and practice required » Master's Degree or PhD in Cell Biology or related fields » 3 years+ lab research practice within cellular science domain; practice obtained via PhD or ?Master by Research? programme is also considered » Hands-on practice with cell sorter / flow cytometer » availability to travel up to 30% of the time within Asia-Pacific region (EA: 94C3609/ R1767439) expertiseno additional expertise requiredqualificationno additional qualifications requirededucational requirementsMaster's DegreeSkills:
