Our client is an eCommerce company with presence across South-East Asia. They are currently hiring for a Frontend Project Lead to ensure delivery of their eCommerce project .
The function will see you working closely across team functions to ensure a world class user practice for their customers.
about the job
   » supervise the frontend development team across different countries ensuring on time project delivery
   » Provide front end leadership abilities to the team
   » Track the changes done on the frontend across full SDLC
   » Work with Devops team to ensure smooth deployment
   » supervise and finetune processes for source code management, debugging, and penetration vulnercapability resolution
   » Identify opportunities to improve customer retention
   » Coaching and development of team members
expertise & practice required
   » Degree in Information technology or equivalent
   » Minimum 6 years of practice in frontend technology with eCommerce background
   » practiced in leading a team of 2-4 front end developers
   » Hands-on technical expertise for troubleshooting
   » practiced in Javascript and any modern frontend frameworks
   » practiced in project delivery
   » Strong communication expertise and capability to work under pressure
